Graphic Production Lead

Hogarth is the Global Content Experience Company. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for an average of 4 days per week for most people. Key responsibilities: • Coordinate the workloads of graphic production artists, ensuring they have all the information they need, and all project work meets Hogarth’s and the client’s qualitystandards • Communicate with other Team Leads to ensure optimum use of resources • Work closely with producers, traffic, design, development, content management, and international teams to deliver on project goals and timelines, and ensure efficient file handoffs for localization • Structure Photoshop comps to optimize efficient production and localization workflows using slices, smart objects, and layer comps • Maintain version control system and manage team QC process • Review final deliverables with an exacting eye, ensuring that layout, images, text, and links are flawless • Identify and help implement opportunities for process, automation, design, format, and technical improvements • Responsible for writing, updating, and delivering training materials for existing and flex resource • Maintain a work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates the highest caliber of skilled Graphic Production professionals That means we believe in creating a truly inclusive culture that values diversity, equity and inclusion for everyone through our ideas, our people, how we behave and how we conduct ourselves.
