Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Production Specialist as we enter an exciting new chapter in our journey. With 2026 poised to be a year of significant growth and transformation, we need a skilled printer and graphic media technologist to collaborate with our graphic design team and deliver high quality, large format print projects for our client deliverables.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty.
• Operate and maintain largeformat printers, including inkjet, flatbed, rolltoroll and related equipment (DGEN direct to fabric dyesublimation printer; EPSON SureColor vinyl ‘bus wrap’ printer), while performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.
• Prepare job tickets, including file conversion, color correction, resizing, and ensuring artwork files meet production standards for various substrates such as vinyl, fabric, rigid materials.
• Manage print production schedules to meet tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and coordinating projects in a highpressure environment.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process, focusing on color accuracy, print quality, and overall output standards.
• Collaborate with design teams, sales executives, and clients to resolve production challenges, answer questions on software or files, and ensure seamless workflow.
• Assist with finishing processes, including vinyl weeding, cutting, trimming, mounting, laminating, and preparing final products for shipping or delivery.
• Handle materials safely, including lifting and manipulating large rolls or substrates, while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Use graphic tools and chemicals proficiently and safely, such as precision knives, rulers, squeegees, solvents, and measuring devices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support department goals.

Desired Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) for file preparation, troubleshooting, and design principles.
• Strong knowledge of RIP software (e.g., Caldera) and color management, including calibration, matching, and approvals.
• Indepth understanding of printing substrates, materials, terminology, and production techniques.
• Superior attention to detail with a commitment to producing highquality prints and conducting thorough quality checks.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills; must be a team player with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with dye sublimation, computeraided sign making (e.g., vinyl plotters), or ERP systems is a plus.
• Basic mathematical skills for measurements, calculations, and inventory management.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; prefer two years of college or relevant technical training.
• 35+ years of handson experience in largeformat digital printing, graphics production, or sign fabrication.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and handle large materials.

Additional Information

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $25 to $35 per hour, and individual pay is commensurate with experience based on work experience, job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Pay ranges included in postings generally reflect base salary; certain positions may include bonus, commission, or additional benefits.
