Company Description Graphic Imaging Inc. is a high-quality printing company based in Pipersville, Bucks County, PA, offering a broad range of large format printing services. The company produces, large format graphics, signage, ADA signage, posters, and banners for a variety of clients. It also specializes in trade show booths, vehicle wraps, signs, and fine art reproductions. Services include giclée prints and art reproductions on canvas, specialty papers and vinyl wrap material.

Role Description The Graphic Production Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Pipersville, PA. This role is responsible for preparing and producing print-ready graphics for a variety of formats, including business collateral, large format graphics, banners, vehicle wraps. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and adjusting digital files, performing pre-press checks, managing color and layout consistency, and operating production and finishing equipment to meet quality standards and deadlines. The specialist collaborates with designers, sales staff, and clients to clarify specifications, resolve file or production issues, and ensure accurate, high-quality output. The role also involves maintaining organized production workflows, monitoring inventory of materials, and supporting continuous improvements in print processes and quality control.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Print Production and Finishing, including preparing files, proofing, and ensuring print-ready accuracy.Proficiency using industry-standard design and production equipment software.Attention to detail in color management, image resolution, and layout for various substrates and finishes.Previous experience in a print shop or production environment, preferably with large format and specialty printing.Ability to interpret client specifications, work under deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certification in graphic arts or print production is a plus.

Job Title: PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary

Graphic Imaging is looking for a GRAPHIC PROJECT MANAGER. The position supports client communication, production and finishing and accounting departments.

Roles and Responsibilities

To successfully manage projects for a Graphic Imaging, the project manager must have a blend of outstanding organizational skills, operational, and customer-focused knowledge. The project manager oversees the planning, estimating, coordination, and execution of print ready material for projects, assuring they are completed on time, and within budget. By building strong client relationships they must understand customer expectations and work closely with our staff to ensure deliverables meet or exceed those standards.

PROJECT Planning

· Launching new projects includes meeting with clients and serve as the primary point of contact for clients

· Outline the scope for each project

· Utilizing production software to manage deadlines

· Estimate projects and client review

· Execute new projects electronically, preflight existing files

· Collaborate with internal production team for project launches

· Develop and maintain project schedules

· Track budgets, control costs, and ensure financial accountability

· Work with the Production Manager for inventory management

· Approve color proofs for each project. Internal review and coordinate client approval

· QC final output for all projects before shipment

· Create install packages for installers

· Prepare final invoicing
