Graphic Specialist

Overview Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Graphic Specialist & Event Coordinator. This position ensures brand consistency across all platforms while managing event logistics from concept through post-event evaluation. Graphic Specialist (75%) • Assist with successfully implementing internal and external marketing, communications, and engagement activities • Support external communications content creation for social media, press releases, websites, newsletter and print materials • Support multiple design projects while meeting deadlines • Coordinate with external printers and vendors for production • Collaborate with leadership teams to conceptualize creative campaigns • Maintain organized digital asset libraries and version control systemsEvent Coordinator (25%) • Assist with planning, coordinating and executing company events such as conferences, employee appreciation events and internal meetings • Assist with developing event timelines and logistics plans • Liaise with vendors, venues, caterers and suppliers • Manage event registrations, promotional materials and on-site coordination • Assist in ensuring events align with brand standards and marketing objectives Qualifications • Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Experience with event management and social media platforms is a plus
