SPECIALIST - Graphic Designer 67-01021 Who We Are: The SwRI Communications Department coordinates corporate messaging for internal and external audiences, sharing news about upcoming events, new policies and procedures, technical program successes, and staff accomplishments. Execute design projects from concept to final production for print and digital media: brochures, flyers, posters, reports, banners, exhibit graphics, PowerPoint presentations, and web assets, applying SwRI branding guidelines & accessibility standards across all deliverables. Develop infographics and illustrations to clearly communicate technical or scientific content and support production of SwRI-branded presentations in PowerPoint. Professional experience in a design studio, agency, in-house team, or similar and ability to interpret technical content and visualize complex ideas clearly. Demonstrated experience with layout, typography, color theory, and branding and familiarity with accessibility standards (Section 508 & WCAG) for documents, presentations, and websites.
