Shift: 1st (9AM-5PM M-F) & 2nd (9PM-5AM M-F)

Location: Houston, TX

A hands-on role for someone who enjoys fast-paced production work, color/quality control, and being part of a team that actually invests in people. A sharp, reliable manufacturing tech with a good attitude can absolutely thrive here. Ink experience is great, but not required. This is a contract-to-hire gateway into a long-term career — strong performers are consistently convert to full-time.

What You’ll Do

Blend & QC inks — Weigh, mix, adjust, and prepare press?ready inks that keep production running smoothly.Color control — Use X?Rite tools to verify color accuracy and make adjustments at press when needed.Production support — Deliver materials to press operators, help estimate ink needs for upcoming jobs, and keep production flowing.Quality documentation — Track adjustments, downtime, root causes, and corrective actions with clean, accurate records.Inventory management — Maintain proper stock levels, rotate excess materials, and support lean manufacturing goals.Workplace excellence — Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe using 5S and lean principles.Team collaboration — Work closely with press teams and supervisors to meet daily production schedules.
