Graphic Technician

This roles communicates customer instructions to our production team by creating personalized layouts and generating production files for various printers and cutters. Success ensures our customers are happy and our teammates are supported in their roles.

Primary Functions

1. Prepare personalized graphic layouts.

What winning looks like:

Creating personalized graphics aligning with our customer’s instructions.

What it will take:

Attention to detail to ensure customer instructions are included in the created layout.Developing a good eye for an aesthetically-pleasing final design layout of the customer’s requests.Continuous growth in your understanding of graphics software features and best practices.2. Generate production files necessary to create ordered products.

Preparing printer and cutter files needed to produce ordered products.

What it will take:

Becoming familiar with our production processes and needs for each stage.Organizing personalized design layouts into batch files (gang sheets).Update the order management system to facilitate production activities.3. Customer care to support sales growth.

Caring for customers to ensure high satisfaction, directly supporting the sales pipeline through increased retention and repeat business.

What it will take:

Respond to customer questions, request clarification, and send proofs of design layouts as needed.Assist in website updates & product listing updates to effectively communicate our offerings to customers.Support other teams as needed.Candidate Requirements

Must-have skills

Must be dependable, honest, and willing to learn.Detail-oriented to understand customer requests.Helpful skills (must be proficient in these areas or willing to learn/train in the following):

Proficient typingGraphics software such as CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design toolsAbility to manipulate photos and edit videosKnowledge of printing processes and design principlesSpreadsheet familiaritySchedule & Benefits

Full-time, hourly position (approximately 35-40 hrs/week).

We create custom graphics decor and art items (including vinyl decals & stickers, decorative signs & prints, exterior signage, banners, canvas gallery wraps, acrylic prints, acrylic cutouts, promotional products, and custom specialty projects) using a combination of old-school techniques and modern tools.
