Godden | Sudik Architects — Denver Tech Center (DTC)Job Type: Full-Time Godden|Sudik Architects is an award-winning, nationally recognized Denver architecture firm specializing in all types of residential design. Create 2D project graphics and renderings using AutoCAD and Photoshop.Create 3D project models and renderings using Revit and/or SketchUp, with rendering support from 3ds Max and Enscape.Coordinate and assist in the development of architectural vision documents for projects.Collaborate with project teams to select and illustrate project color and material selections.Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to design and lay out project proposals, requests for qualifications, brochures, and similar marketing collateral.Stay current on new visualization and AI-assisted design tools and look for ways to bring them into the department's workflow.Coordinate and assist in the development and management of office standards and internal tutorial resources.Support marketing efforts including website content, press releases, social media, and other marketing assignments as needed. Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and layout/composition.Understanding of branding and visual identity.Drawing/sketching skills a plus. Degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.Good organizational skills and the ability to juggle a few projects at once.Attention to detail and pride in the craft of finished work.Team player, willing to learn and pick up new technical skills.Clear verbal and written communication.Able to help meet project deadlines in a studio environment.
