The Graphic & Digital Design Specialist is a creative production role responsible for designing visual content across print and digital platforms. Reporting to the Art Director, this position supports the Marketing & Communications team by developing branded materials, updating web content, and creating engaging graphics for email, social media, and events. Collaboration & Project Support • Work closely with the Art Director and MarCom team to meet visual communication needs • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners—including the Social Media Manager and Jewish Family Service account lead—on campaign deliverables and platform-specific visual assets • Contribute to cross-departmental projects by designing visuals for events, initiatives, and communications • Support production timelines, asset review processes, and vendor coordination Qualifications: • 3–5 years of experience in graphic and digital design, with a strong portfolio • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) • Experience with CMS platforms for basic web content editing • Familiarity with email design and layout best practices • Ability to design across multiple formats (print, digital, social, web) • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to learn new platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing)
