VDC Research, a technology market research and consulting firm, is seeking a full-time graphic designer and website specialist to support the production department in information design and layout for its research deliverables and updating our website. You will also lead the way in maintaining and expanding VDC’s web presence. Key responsibilities and tasks will include: • Conceptualize, produce, and lay out insightful and informative charts, tables, and other graphics that support our written research • Work with research analysts to provide support and direction on customized projects, including graphics, designs, and illustrations. • Assist department leads in the finalization of reports and documents for submission to clients; including formatting, proofing, layout, security, submission, and organization • Review VDC’s editorial standards and practices, and recommend changes when applicable • Compile a library of images and graphics that can be quickly used in future reports and research by analysts around a variety of topics • Maintain and expand VDC’s website, taking into consideration best practices for site navigation and organization • Work closely with all VDC departments including sales, marketing, and analyst teams to update relevant information on website in a timely manner VDC Research has been producing great work for our clients for over 50 years while maintaining an outstanding work/life balance for each member of our team.
