Graphic & Web Designer

We are looking for a multidisciplinary Graphic & Web Designer to join our fast paced, on site Franz Marketing Team. This role will create from concept to market, graphic designs for a variety of assets including but not limited to packaging/product design, point of sale, social media, email, and websites. • Bachelor’s degree in design, graphic design, web design, marketing, digital marketing or related field. • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) • Experience working with design and content teams to execute marketing and brand initiatives. Critical Skills and Expertise • Strong grasp of design principles (layout, typography, visual hierarchy, responsive design) • Ability to pivot quickly, run with feedback, and juggle multiple priorities • Strong timeline, problem solving and project management skills with the ability to prioritize work, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
