What You Need • At least 3 years’ experience in graphic and packaging design for the Beauty market • BFA or BS in Graphic Design or related major • Strong level of creativity, conceptualization, execution, organization and design skills • Strong sense of typography and color • Visualize and create graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos • Ability to line draw products for line sheet or presentation • Packaging design experience both primary and secondary • Understanding of beauty and bath products • Adapt and utilize templates to create large number of print ready files across various beauty and bath packages • Work on a variety of projects from start to finish, concepting and designing for packaging of beauty and bath products • Knowledge of print and packaging, production methods, technologies and creative standards • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, multiple projects, under tight deadlines, with strong project and time management skills • Keen eye for detail and being thorough • Review samples and give comments or approvals • Adapt designs based on feedback • Be aware and passionate about key fashion/beauty market trends This is a very fast paced position, suitable to someone who thrives working across multiple projects simultaneously with a variety of design directions.
