A successful large-format and sign firm is looking for a dynamic Temp-to-Hire Graphic Designer/Production Artist to join their onsite team! This team delivers fast, high-quality signs, vehicle wraps, and large-format solutions.

Graphic Designer/Production Artist with strong hands-on experience in signage, large-format, digital printing, pre-press, and print production. This is an on-site role working with a fast-paced production team that handles a wide range of large-format, sign and print projects. We're looking for someone who understands the full production workflow, thrives in a deadline-driven environment, and takes pride in producing clean, accurate, high-quality work.

What You'll Do

Design and layout for large format - Create compelling visuals for signage, trade show displays, ADA signs, wayfinding systems, and morePre-Press Preparation - Set up production-ready files, knowledge of configuring bleeds,Design with an understanding of material and substrate properties (vinyl, fabric, mesh, substrates) and machine production limitations in mind.Prepare and produce large format signage, vehicle wraps, and digital print projects for print productionManage pre-press production files and ensure files are fully print-readyWork closely with design and production teams to execute projects accurately and efficientlyMaintain quality control throughout the production processTroubleshoot production files and printing issues as neededCommunicate with clients and internal teams regarding project specs and timelinesHelp manage multiple projects while meeting tight production deadlinesStay current on printing technologies, workflows, and production best practices

Requirements

4-5 years min experience in large format printing, signage, and digital print productionStrong understanding of pre-press, print production, and post-production workflowsProficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with RIP software (like Onyx, Wasatch, or Fiery).Knowledge of: color management, file preparation, impositionStrong eye for detail, color theory, typography, and precise measurement.Print-ready setup for large format outputExperience operating or working closely with large format printers and related equipmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and customer service skillsTroubleshooting mindset with the ability to problem-solve quickly and efficientlyThis is a temp-to-hire, onsite opportunity working in Las Vegas, NV. REMOTE work is not available.

Applicants must have a minimum of 4- 5 years of experience in pre-press, print production, and post-production workflows in a digital/print/large-format environment.
