We are looking for a full-time proactive, Graphics Administrator. The Graphics Administrator plays a critical role in managing the flexographic process, with a primary focus on pre-press packaging operations. This position is responsible for managing a defined portfolio of one to two key customers, ensuring seamless execution of projects from order intake through production and delivery. The role collaborates with customers and pre-press production teams, ensuring accurate, timely and consistent communication of all job requirements.

Salary: $70,000-$80,000 CAD annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Do

Tasks & responsibilities:

Supports and contributes to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations, policies, and initiatives, including reporting all first aid injuries, accidents, and workplace hazards.Supports and initiates development of customers service procedures, policies, and standards.

Customer Relationship Management

Manage artwork development for assigned customers, building strong, professional relationshipsManage daily communication, including order updates, scheduling, issue resolution, and follow-upsEnsure customers and internal staff receive accurate and timely information and that expectations regarding delivery and quality are metProvide proactive updates and maintain a high level of responsiveness

Job Coordination & Execution

Enter information within ERP systems, ensuring all required information is complete and accurateAbility to prepare artwork files for production, ensuring compliance with printing and packaging specificationsProcess billing information for accountingCommunicate clearly with pre-press and production teams to ensure alignment on job requirementsMonitor job progress and follow through to ensure on-time completion and delivery

Pre-Press & Production Liaison

Act as a key liaison between internal and external teamsCoordinate revisions, approvals, and artwork changesPartner with production and scheduling to align timelines and priorities

Project Management

Coordinate all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to final deliveryMaintain strong attention to detail to minimize errors, rework, and delaysManage timelines, priorities, and competing demands with a sense of urgencyEnsure adherence to internal processes, SOPs, and customer-specific requirements

Continuous Improvement & Communication

Identify development opportunities (ex: product knowledge, processes, policies, etc.) and suggested action plans and/or required training to department leadership.Assists and liaise between and among customers, management, sales, and production departments to resolve issuesEnsure consistency and clarity in all instructions provided to internal teamsSupport a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and teamwork

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environmentRequired: Experience in flexographic printing, packaging, and pre-press processesStrong understanding of packaging workflows and production environments

Professional competencies

Advanced knowledge of pre-press packaging and flexographic processesProject management and organizational skills with strong attention to detailProficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and job tracking toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy
