Graphics and Branding Specialist

Grace Church of Tracy is looking for a Graphics and Branding Specialist who will execute activities including but not limited to the creation of computer graphics, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, brochures and many other forms of visual communication for Grace Church Ministries. The Graphics and Branding Specialist will work alongside other personnel to achieve the church’s mission and vision. Request the translation of any wording needed to create materials in Spanish and the translation of text in the form of phrases or paragraphs needed to update/maintain the Iglesia Gracia's website Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief (Event Form, Graphic Request) Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required Liaising with the office personnel and external printers, on a regular basis, to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality Providing clear and frequent communication about deadlines estimated completion times, as well as roadblocks and requesting more information Attend Office Team meetings and work alongside the office team to ensure processes are working, deadlines are being met and communication is fluent and clear Develop a social media plan for promoting church wide events and activities Keeping the Server Production updated by always uploading a copy of images and other graphic materials to the server, ensuring availability by other team members. Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software (In- Design, Illustrator, Photoshop) Exceptional creativity and innovation Excellent time management and organizational skills Accuracy and attention to detail Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines Knowledge of video editing and animation preferred Work experience Organizational Relationships Communicates clearly and frequently with office personnel and Ministry Heads about deadlines and job’s status Serves alongside the production and worship staff to generate consistent worship materials and consistent presence Works closely with the multimedia/storytelling team, including providing slides/images on a timely manner Production Team Meeting, Monthly, and Office Team Meeting, Monthly.
