Graphics and VR Manager

Leading a talented team, the full-time remote Graphics and VR Manager will oversee project assignments, drive operational excellence, and ensure client success by managing graphics production workflows and fostering collaboration across departments. Key responsibilities Manage, coach, and develop a team of Graphics Project Managers while overseeing project assignments and performance Establish best practices for project execution and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency Strategically manage key accounts and ensure proactive communication to align client expectations and satisfaction Required qualifications 7+ years of project management experience in visual production, media, or Prop Tech environments 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience Deep technical understanding of 3D visualization, rendering workflows, and production tools Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects through completion Bachelor's degree required; PMP or similar certification preferred
