Partner with marketing managers, writers, designers and product specialists to create digital assets and marketing materials that communicate information effectively with the use of design. **Essential Functions*** Work closely with Channel Marketing, Sales and Product teams to understand business initiatives and leading the creative team to translate them into thoughtful design and brand expressions, taking ownership of the creative work, from concept through execution* Create visual content while collaborating across disciplines with designers, photographers, writers, developers, and more to build our brand and increase awareness and customer engagement* Drive creative solutions from concept through completion on a variety of media including, but not limited to: omni-channel campaign development, Social & Display ads, Animation, illustration, Print materials, Direct Mail, Event support* Experience with a fast-paced environment and ability to pivot quickly based on strategic business needs* Ability to uphold and follow style guidelines* Organize and maintain creative assets, including logos, image library, working files and more* Lead visual direction in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment and are unafraid to ask questions or admit when you don’t know the answer* Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills. **What makes Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation special is our people and our culture.
