Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a highly creative, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer / Creative Services Manager to support the organization’s corporate marketing and growth initiatives. This role shapes how SHG presents itself to owners, partners, investors, and prospective clients through compelling visual storytelling. The primary focus is corporate branding, executive presentations, sales enablement, and new business pitch materials. Occasional ad‑hoc support for hotel‑specific creative needs is provided, but the position is centered on corporate marketing and enterprise‑level services.

Corporate Creative & Brand Support

Develop and execute high‑impact corporate presentations, pitch decks, and sales materials for new business development, owner relations, RFPs, and executive communication.

Translate complex strategies, financial concepts, and business narratives into clear, visually compelling designs.

Maintain and evolve SHG’s corporate brand standards, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Own the design and maintenance of corporate templates, decks, and reusable assets.

Partner with sales, development, and leadership teams to design best‑in‑class pitch materials and proposals.

Ensure all sales‑facing creative aligns with brand voice, positioning, and strategic priorities.

Creative Execution

Design and produce creative assets across digital and print formats, including:

Executive presentations and board‑level materials

Corporate advertising and brand campaigns

Manage projects from concept through final delivery, balancing deadlines and quality.

While the primary focus is corporate branding and business development, the role will provide select creative services for individual hotels or brands within the portfolio, including:

Support ad‑hoc, property‑specific creative requests that align with corporate priorities and bandwidth.

Customize or resize approved brand collateral (sales sheets, one‑pagers, signage, digital ads, presentations) for individual hotels while maintaining brand consistency.

Provide design support for property marketing initiatives when requested by corporate marketing leadership, particularly for priority properties, openings, or strategic initiatives.

Ensure hotel‑level creative adheres to established brand standards, tone, and visual identity.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure creative aligns with business objectives.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and communication.

Coordinate with printers and external vendors as needed to ensure high‑quality production.

5+ years of experience in graphic design, creative services, or marketing design.

Strong experience creating executive‑level presentations and B2B sales materials.

BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent relevant experience.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

Portfolio demonstrating corporate branding, presentation design, and strategic creative work (required).

Familiarity with presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote.

Experience maintaining brand systems across multiple audiences or stakeholders.

SHG’s corporate brand is consistently represented with clarity and polish.

Sales and business development teams are equipped with compelling, effective pitch materials.

Executive leadership relies on this role for professional, high‑impact visual communication.

Creative output supports business growth, credibility, and strategic positioning.

Collaborate with cross‑functional departments such as Sales, Food & Beverage, Operations and Revenue to ensure a seamless guest experience through all brand efforts.
