Role: Graphic Designer
Compensation: $200K - $500K + 1% - 5% Equity
YOE: 5+ years in professional graphic design OR a portfolio demonstrating exceptional originality and aesthetic range

Foundational Creative Impact - Shape the visual and experiential language of a company, defining how intelligence interfaces with daily life.
Beyond Traditional Product Design - This is not a standard UI/UX role. You will design across digital experiences, physical merchandise, packaging, collectibles, and brand environments.
Direct Founder Collaboration - Work closely with leadership to evolve and extend a strong brand identity into new territories while operating within a rule-based design system.
High Bar for Taste & Originality - The team prioritizes creative hunger, aesthetic judgment, and boundary-pushing work over résumé perfection.
