Graphics Design Lead

About the Role We are bringing graphic design and production in house at Alliance and are hiring our first Graphics Design Lead to build and lead this function from the ground up in our Orlando Celebration Headquarters. As the founding member of the graphics team, you’ll handle high level design, manage workflow traffic, delegate work, mentor talent, and help establish scalable processes that support our national operations. Traffic, Workflow and Team Leadership 8 plus years of senior level graphic design experience, with strong emphasis on tradeshow, exhibit, event, or largeformat work. Final compensation will be commensurate with experience, skills, technical expertise, and other job-related qualifications.
