Graphics Design & Proposal Coordinator

Location: Seattle / Tacoma / Portland / Denver

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1) Implement graphics desgin to develop proposals and statements of qualifications. This includes coordinating all elements of pursuits: writing, formatting, editing/review, proofreading, efficient and timely production.

2) Author and/or edit content for social media marketing activities, mailings and other items.

CRM updating, Prospective Client Outreach, Proposal trackingAdditional

Provide support to coordinate, write and/or edit content for additional marketing activities and collateral, such as award submission

Social media postings

Undertake client research and outreach as directed.

Any other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

BS or BA degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoshopMicrosoft Office.Familiar with Wordpress websites would be outstanding as wellGood writing skills, grammar, spelling, and editing and proofreading capabilities.Benefits
