This will be a hybrid once they are trained, 3 days a week in the office. Spotlight Call Notes: • Takes redline and creates a new version using InDesign, sometimes Illustrator and Acrobat • Role is very text-heavy and requires very little to no creative design • Designer and proofreader combination • Use Global Vision software for proofreading • Schedule • Onsite Tuesdays • CW chooses the other day • Could go hybrid after 3 – 4 weeks of training • Open to candidates without a degree currently, with certificates or currently in school • Medical labeling experience would be great, but not a requirement • Magazines, text heavy industries would be a good industry to consider • Interview Process • Virtual call with HM and one other designer Position Notes: • Proofreading experience is important • Desktop Publisher would be great background title and have "keen eye for detail" • No logo design experience • Assist project leaders with various tasks to support the development, design, and implementation of product labelling. Qualifications • Experience of performing design control and document proofreading in accordance with ISO standards.
