The Graphics Designer is part of an internal creative team and provides effective advertising and graphic support that is consistent with Papa Johns' goals and objectives. The role maintains a high-level working knowledge of design, digital advertising and its platforms. This role is responsible to support the creative aspects of a variety of Papa Johns' marketing and advertising campaigns. Education, Experience & Certifications • 5+ years of graphic design experience in related roles • Portfolio link is required, with 80% containing professional work • Bachelor’s degree or two-year degree in graphic design or related field Functional Skills • Ability to set goals, determine priorities, plan, organize and follow through on assigned responsibilities • Thrives in an environment where multiple projects are managed to on-time delivery • Driven by the opportunity to solve business problems with creative thinking • Strong communication skills and ability to speak and write concisely and effectively • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team; collaborate with other departments and team members.
