Graphics Designer

This is a great opportunity for someone early to mid-career who is building a strong portfolio and looking to grow. Candidates must have recent experience as a full time, in house graphics person in an advertising or marketing agency. Key Responsibilities • Design marketing materials for digital ads, websites, email campaigns, and print • Create visual assets to support marketing for custom homes and residential communities • Execute design concepts provided by the marketing team while also contributing creative ideas • Produce high-quality work with quick turnaround times • Prepare files optimized for web, email, and print production • Assist with email design and basic formatting Required Qualifications • 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred) • Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern design across digital and print • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and improve Work Location: In person
