About the Role
The Graphics Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate brand identity, support marketing campaigns, and enhance organizational storytelling. This role combines creativity with technical expertise to produce digital and print assets that align with strategic goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, innovative, and skilled at turning concepts into impactful visuals.
Key Responsibilities
Design digital and print materials including social media graphics, presentations, reports, infographics, and marketing collateral.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and project teams to translate ideas into effective visual content.
Create layouts, illustrations, and visual assets that support campaigns and organizational initiatives.
Edit and optimize images for web, social media, and print use.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.
2--4 years of professional design experience.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva, Figma.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
