Essential duties may include but are not limited to the following: • Develop high-quality brand creative for both internal and external purposes including print, outdoor, packaging, events materials, and web • Contribute to the development and compliance monitoring of brand guidelines and marks • Design creative based on project briefings • Manage production process for all assigned projects • Collaborate with vendors and provide files according to specifications • Partner with various departments at ZFL for the development of all associated materials • Supervise and coach future graphic design team Less than 50% required Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design Experience: 3+ years of experience in graphic design including print, outdoor, packaging, events materials, and web Zaxby's Franchising LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in employment decisions based on any factor protected by federal, state or local law
