Responsibilities

Develop graphics, digital media, cartography, and other multimedia productsCoordinate with UI/UX designers to ensure a user-friendly and engaging experienceCreate designs for web pages, mobile apps, newsletters, infographics, ads, banners, illustrations, and logosManage design concepts from ideation to final product using HTML/CSS and responsive design principlesProvide customer support using request management tools for communication productsEnsure compliance with production standards, copyright laws, accessibility requirements, and public release clearancesConduct technical quality reviews on all visual and multimedia productsDeliver cartography support and design thematic/reference mapsMentor and train junior staff as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience OR 9+ years without a degreeTS/SCI clearance with PolygraphExperience leading the development of multimedia, cartographic, and graphic contentProficient in Adobe InDesign and other Creative Suite toolsSkilled in front-end web design, UI/UX, HTML/CSSExperience in publication design and data visualizationPhotography and video editing skillsStrong attention to detail, quality assurance, and compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working within the Intelligence Community or government environmentFamiliarity with accessibility and public release compliance standardsPrior mentorship or leadership in a multimedia or communications team
