Conceives, designs and executes projects for university and department clients. Consults with clients to analyze and determine project specifications. Compiles and analyzes vendor quotes to prepare budget worksheets and project schedules. Advanced vocational or electronic skills or a basic knowledge of a professional field is required. Requires a minimum of three (3) years of directly job-related experience.
