Job Description JOB SUMMARY: We’re looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with screen printing experience to join our team. As a nearly 40-year staple in the t-shirt and apparel printing community, we take pride in quality, creativity, and deep-rooted connections to the El Paso area. • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong focus on screen printing • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop • Clear communication skills (written and verbal) • Strong understanding of the screen printing process, layout, and print production • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Experience with Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing is a bonus • Knowledge of sportswear design is a plus • Familiarity with El Paso schools, teams, and traditions is a strong advantage Preferred Qualifications: • Portfolio showcasing relevant design work, especially for apparel/screen printing • Understanding of prepress workflows and garment printing techniques • Creative, team-oriented, and highly organized Why Join Us: As a well-established name in the custom t-shirt and sportswear industry, we’ve built a reputation on quality, consistency, and community connection.
