Graphics Designer Manager

Partner with Senior Creative leadership to develop concepts and transform ideas into compelling visual solutions.Design creative assets supporting marketing campaigns, gaming initiatives, sales enablement, branding, events, and digital communications.Create engaging visual storytelling through branding, typography, layout, and data visualization.Present creative concepts and visual approaches to internal stakeholders and creative team members.Collaborate closely with internal clients and cross-functional teams to rapidly develop and iterate multiple creative concepts.Produce production-ready creative assets using industry-leading design tools and best practices.Explore and implement new creative technologies, including AI-powered design tools, to enhance workflow efficiency and creative output. Experience in graphic design within an agency, corporate, or in-house creative environment, preferably supporting technology products or brands.Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking from initial sketches through production-ready creative assets.Experience designing branding, marketing collateral, event graphics, campaign assets, web content, and digital experiences.Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphics software.Strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and graphic design principles.Experience leveraging AI-powered creative tools to improve design workflows and accelerate content creation.
