The Graphic Designer will play a key role in supporting the Bank's marketing initiatives by designing customer communications, marketing collateral, and digital assets in alignment with standards and regulatory guidelines.Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer will help maintain and elevate the Bank's visual identity, ensuring consistency and creativity across all touchpoints.Facilitate initiatives to position the Bank and its employees with a positive and visible public corporate image in the community and our marketplace in alignment with the Bank's corporate objectives, and execute internal initiatives to foster positive communications within and among all areas of the Company. Exhibits core competencies that result in consistent delivery of positive Customer Interactions, Empowerment and Ownership and demonstrates key professional and performance skills such as Active Listening, effective Oral and Written Communication, Action and Solution Oriented and Thoroughness.Primary Accountabilities:Graphic Design Development Design and develop creative assets for a variety of marketing materials, including (but not limited to) print ads, digital assets, direct mail pieces, promotional flyers, in-branch merchandising, email templates, social media graphics, and other campaign-related content.Support photography needs, including image selection and basic photo editing.Assist with video editing for marketing and internal communications as needed.Ensure all creative executions are visually compelling, aligned with business objectives, and compliant with brand guidelines.Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and brand consistency across all deliverables.Project ManagementManage all projects, workflow, and timelines, inclusive of creative services, collateral, and graphic design needs. Participate in the development of marketing materials produced by the Bank’s ad agency as needed.ComplianceEnsure regulatory compliance with all marketing materials. )Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:Must be able to perform light physical work and to move or lift items including but not limited to boxes, files and papers up to 20 pounds unless otherwise as indicated.Must be able to operate and proficiently use standard office equipment, including phone, copier, personal computer and/or other work related mechanical or electronic devices and applications.Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing with all internal and external customers. Must be able to work in a conventional office setting, involving sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods of time.
