Graphics Designer/Customer & Operations Support

Red Hot Signs is looking for a talented, organized, and motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing team. Design signs, banners, vehicle wraps, window graphics, apparel, promotional products, and printed materials.Create production-ready artwork that meets client and company standards.Assist customers by phone, email, and in person.Help prepare estimates and follow up with customers when needed.Enter and manage jobs using Sign Tracker.Support project scheduling and coordinate with production to keep jobs on track.Assist with invoicing and administrative tasks using QuickBooks.Maintain organized project files and follow established workflows.Apply strong design principles including layout, typography, branding, and color theory.Accept feedback and revisions with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.Help wherever needed to keep projects and customers moving forward.Qualifications Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign).Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Reliable, dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn.Positive attitude, good sense of humor, and enjoys working with a team.Preferred Experience If you're looking for a place where your ideas matter, your work makes an impact, and every day brings a new challenge, we'd love to have you on our team.
