We are seeking a Graphic Designer with strong Adobe Illustrator skills to support our sign and graphics production workflow. Experience in a sign shop or print environment is a strong plus. Responsibilities • Create and edit vector artwork using Adobe Illustrator • Prepare customer-supplied files for print and vinyl production • Set up layouts for signs, banners, decals, and other printed graphics • Assist with eco-solvent printing and basic print production tasks • Perform basic vinyl cutting, weeding, and application (training available) • Ensure files are correctly sized, color-ready, and production-accurate • Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards What We Offer • Stable, consistent work in a growing sign shop • Opportunity to expand skills in print and sign production • Hands-on training with professional equipment • Competitive pay based on experience Job Type: Full-time
