This position is day shift Monday through Friday from 7a-5p. However, must be able to work up to 12 hour shifts and 60 hours per week. Job Responsibilities Accurately assemble easy field panels based on provided specifications Perform thorough inspections of assembled panels to ensure they meet quality standards Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process Work closely with other team members and supervisor to enhance assembly efficiency and address production challenges Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment Perform all requirements and duties of a level I Graphic Fabricator Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in manufacturing or panel assembly Strong attention to detail and accuracy Problem‑solving skills to address assembly issues Capability to lift and move 25 lbs. as needed Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment What We Offer Hybrid work option Benefits that go beyond the basics Matching contribution retirement savings plan Learning and development program EAP program + family Generous holiday schedule Tarkett is an equal opportunity employer.
