Graphics Lead

Currently, we're on the lookout for a highly creative and self-motivated Graphics Lead to join our spectacularly talented team, recognized as the best in the world at what they do! In this role, you'll be responsible for the technical layout of graphic images used in the production of custom architectural signage. • Software Proficiency: Skilled in CorelDraw and/or Adobe Illustrator • Understanding Drawings: Comfortable reading and comprehending shop drawings, including sections and elevations • Production Knowledge: Background in vinyl application, sign production, or a similar technical discipline is highly preferred • Detail-Oriented: Extremely organized with a strong eye for detail • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Team Player: Flexible, collaborative, and successful in a fast-paced environment • Technical Aptitude: Good with numbers and has an understanding of dimensional design and production logic • ADA Experience: Experience with large-scale, multi-room ADA signage packages is a plus • Sense of Humor and Communication Skills: Maintain a positive attitude and excellent communication skills; both written and verbal • Pride in Work: Take ownership of your role and responsibilities Perks: We offer a dynamic, creative work environment and a chance to be part of a team of highly skilled and talented professionals as well as health and dental coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), paid holidays and PTO, tuition reimbursement, free parking and coffee on site at DCL and more!
