The Graphics Production Associate will work in the graphics department producing and assisting in the creation of graphics for trade shows.Key Contributions of the RolePrint on substrates using a large format printer or a smaller printerLearn and operate the fabric printerLearn and operate the CNC Router to cut graphics per designLearn/train/operate an IMPULSA 1 Needle Alder Durkopp with added conveyor belt and pre-installed beading, single needleProperly load graphics on A-Frames for show site transportationCut, package, and manifest graphicsFollow Shepard company policy, best practices, and standard operating proceduresHem and bead fabric printsUtilize the sewing machine for fabric printsSew pockets on fabric prints with an assortment of attachmentsPlace beading on the perimeter of fabric prints by way of the sewing machineMaintain, neat, clean, organized, and safe work areas and warehouse.RequirementsSewing experience preferred, including costume or uniform-makingExperience with the production of graphics is a plusHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Aligning With Our Values for SuccessDemonstrate Core Values of Caring, Commitment, Integrity, Spirit, Responsiveness, Inclusivity, and TeamworkAbility to perform as a responsible ESOP owner by making daily decisions to benefit the client and the companyTreat all internal and external customers with courtesy and respect, as outlined in our Blue Diamond Customer Service Program.Please note that the roles and responsibilities outlined in this job description are not exhaustive and may be subject to change.
