Graphics Production Associate

Develop proficiency in lamination, die cutting, vehicle preparation, printer operation as well as prepress setup of files. • Collaborate with the production team to validate materials and ensure they meet quality standards before installation • Assist in the maintenance and organization of production equipment, tools, and supplies • Learn and develop proficiency in lamination techniques to enhance the durability and visual appeal of graphics • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to expand skills and knowledge within the field • Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving production issues to maintain efficient workflow and meet project deadlines • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and quality issues • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, communicate effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
