Key Responsibilities: • Create and edit customer designs using Adobe Illustrator • Process and manage incoming orders accurately • Generate invoices and assist with bookkeeping • Answer phones and communicate professionally with clients • Prepare, package, and ship completed orders • Assist with production tasks (including installation) and maintain organized workflow • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Qualifications: • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (required) • QuickBooks experience is a plus (training will be provided) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication and phone skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting • Reliable, punctual, and professional Position Details: • Full-time, Monday–Friday • In-person position • Competitive pay based on experience • Long-term opportunity with growth potential We are looking for someone who values stability, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with a respected 25+ year local business.
