Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in graphic design, visual communication, or a related fieldMinimum of five (5) years of professional experience designing presentations, graphics and other visual materials, preferably in a law firm, professional services or corporate environmentFlexibility to be available during off-hours on a rotating basis to meet urgent deadlines or support high-priority projectsExpert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Canva and other design platforms, with a strong command of design principles, visual storytelling and advanced formatting techniquesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenEffective time management skills, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and manage multiple projects while prioritizing assignmentsDemonstrate sound judgment and a high level of trustworthiness when handling confidential and sensitive informationAbility to build rapport with attorneys at all levels, professional staff, and vendorsStrong organizational skills with great attention to detailGeneral knowledge of office equipment and toolsSelf-motivated, with the ability to work independently but within a team environmentExceptional critical thinking and problem solving skills This is a full-time, benefits eligible, non-exempt level position.
