Graphics Specialist

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience designing presentations, graphics and other visual materials, preferably in a law firm, professional services or corporate environment Flexibility to be available during off-hours on a rotating basis to meet urgent deadlines or support high-priority projects Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Canva and other design platforms, with a strong command of design principles, visual storytelling and advanced formatting techniques Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Effective time management skills, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and manage multiple projects while prioritizing assignments Demonstrate sound judgment and a high level of trustworthiness when handling confidential and sensitive information Ability to build rapport with attorneys at all levels, professional staff, and vendors Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail General knowledge of office equipment and tools Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently but within a team environment Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving skills At Axinn, we offer market competitive wages and generous benefit options to our valued employees.
