Graphics Specialist (SF)

The Graphics Specialist is a key member of the Graphics and Marketing team and works closely with consulting staff, the management team, and functional teams to develop high-quality visual materials that support both internal and external initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Presentation & Visual Design • Design and produce compelling presentation deliverables for consulting teams • Advise consultants on best practices for effective presentation graphics and visual storytelling • Create illustrations, icons, and quantitative data visualizations using appropriate software tools • Brand & Template Stewardship • Use and maintain presentation and document templates to uphold Health Advances’ corporate identity • Ensure consistent application of visual standards in all internal and external communication materials • Production & Workflow Support • Share in the production management of client deliverables and other projects • Communicate timelines and set expectations for task and project completion to internal stakeholders • Marketing & Web Support • Assist with updates to the Health Advances website and social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) • Support the Marketing Team in the execution of digital and print marketing activities • Internal Knowledge & Extranet Support • Assist case teams with posting interviewee materials to the firm’s Experts extranet platform • Ad Hoc Projects • Support cross-functional and time-sensitive initiatives as needed This position is based in Newton, MA or San Francisco, CA. Compensation is determined based on a range of factors including experience, skill set, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
