Graphic/UX Designer

Growth Assistant is looking for a talented Graphic/UX Designer to join our team and support one of our US-based clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for design, a clear design perspective, and a strong grasp of UX principles. Benefits: • Work From Home • Performance, Attendance, and Referral Bonuses • Paid Holidays and Time Offs • Health Card Tasks: • Design and build digital assets using Figma, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines • Create production-ready assets for web, mobile, email, and social media channels • Collaborate with internal teams to iterate on user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes • Support UX/UI needs using user-centered design principles • Maintain clean, organized design files and scalable systems • Contribute to design strategy discussions and proactively suggest improvements Qualifications: • At least 2 years of experience using Figma in a professional setting • Experience in both web design and production design • Prior experience in brand-side digital design (in-house or direct-to-consumer brand work) • Solid understanding of UX principles and responsive design • Exceptional attention to detail and strong visual design skills • Clear point of view on design with the ability to present and explain ideas effectively • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working US EST hours Nice-to-Haves: • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite • Experience working with Air.inc or similar tools We are looking for someone who wants to grow as part of a collaborative team. Salary: 70,000 -75,000 PHP/month
