Our client, a Top Fortune Tech Company, is looking to hire a Graphic/Visual Designer in (New York, NY - Fully Onsite).

Pay Rate Range: $55 to $60/hr on w2, Part-time role
3+ Months Contract position with potential extension or conversionTask Breakdown and WorkflowDesign branded promotional graphics, presentations, and digital layouts (web, social, email)Animate directly within PowerPoint — including morph transitions, custom animations, and motion-driven storytelling — bringing decks to life for events, T2Ts, and sales enablementCreate motion graphics and animated content across brand sizzles, product demos, educational videos, social cut-downs, and marketing campaignsProduce visual collateral across a range of formats (print, digital, social, event)Maintain scalable templates, style guides, and design systems to drive efficiency and consistencyFulfill high-priority design requests with speed and quality, juggling multiple concurrent projectsManage and prioritize design requests using tools like Workfront, ensuring effective resource allocationEnsure consistent visual quality across all deliverables, aligning with brand guidelinesInternal Team InteractionsWork EnvironmentCompelling Story & Candidate Value PropositionWhat makes this role interesting

5-8 years of experience as a visual designer or hybrid creative in digital design environmentsStrong portfolio showcasing branding, motion, and digital executionAdvanced PowerPoint animation skills — morph transitions, custom motion, and animated presentation designProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects and Premiere Pro)Solid understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytellingStrong understanding of brand guidelines and ability to work within established systemsExcellent communication, time management, and cross-functional collaboration skillsSelf-motivated and capable of working independentlyNice to HavesInterest in or experience with AI tools for creative workflowsKnowledge of social media formats and dimensionsExperience in advertising, marketing, or agency environmentsExperience with Workfront or other project management toolsLeadership PrinciplesCustomer obsessionDive deepYears of Experience5-8 years
