Graphic/Web Designer & Marketing Manager (Boston North) The individual will be responsible for creating brochures, direct mail pieces, fact sheets, newspaper ads, chartable ads, presentations, stationery/business cards, signs and banners. Digital responsibilities will include maintenance and enhancement of our website, (designed in WordPress, must be familiar with HTML/CSS, and DreamWeaver for a few of our legacy sites ), managing photo archive and digitally enhancing/ editing photos, updating content on third party listing sites; creation and management of email campaigns; maintenance of social media sites and content creation. Additional responsibilities will involve writing press releases, website copy, property descriptions, and blog posts. The candidate must have 5 plus years of applicable experience, a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or equivalent, possess excellent written and oral communication skills, should be enthusiastic, creative, able to work independently but also enjoy working in a team environment.
