OverviewKERA / North Texas Broadcasting — Dallas, TXApplication Deadline: Tuesday, Sep 30, 2025Position SummaryKERA seeks an experienced and passionate senior graphic designer with a keen eye for visual storytelling. You are equally comfortable upholding and evolving established brand standards across a diverse family of platforms, including KERA, KERA News, KXT, WRR, KERA Kids and KERA Arts. Your creative energy fuels engaging visuals that capture the essence of each brand while maintaining a cohesive, recognizable identity. You will work collaboratively on a variety of projects for very different target audiences, ranging anywhere from preschool-aged children to mature adults.This is an FLSA classified exempt position and reports directly to the Creative Director.What You’ll DoLead and oversee all graphic design projects from start to completion, including conception, drafting, designing, and final delivery of products.Design captivating marketing materials, social media graphics, print publications, and digital assets for all KERA brands.Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals and target audiences.Interpret brand guidelines and translate them into fresh, innovative designs that resonate with diverse audiences.Design for unique events like music festivals and galas, showcasing your adaptability and range.As a KERA EmployeeWork in a manner that is consistent with KERA’s mission, vision and values; and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.Perform additional duties as assigned.This list of job duties is not exhaustive and is subject to regular reviews and updates.What Will Make You SuccessfulWe believe a strong organization includes employees from a range of backgrounds, with different skills, experiences and passions.
