About Our Creative Craft The Group Art Supervisor is responsible for efficiently managing the daily operations of the art function and related data for their accounts with their copy partner; they are a brand leader who solves strategic and creative issues with the client while enhancing the client's confidence in the agency. As a people manager, the Group Art Supervisor manages and mentors a team of creatives that report to them and as needed on projects while simultaneously managing a heavy workload. Lead and supervise a team of art directors and designers, providing creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to elevate the quality of visual output. 5 - 8 years experience leading art direction for pharmaceutical campaigns across multiple brands and therapeutic areasExperience overseeing junior creatives by providing direction, feedback, and opportunities for growth throughout the creative processReview work for brand consistency, layout accuracy, and strategic alignment, and present design solutions to internal and client stakeholdersPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, budget awareness, and adherence to timelinesBuild strong relationships with clients and internal partners, contributing creative leadership and proactive problem-solvingSolid understanding of core methodologies, tools, and industry practices.
