Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field, and five (5) or more years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a public administration setting; or, any equivalent combination of education and related experience sufficient to demonstrate the ability to effectively perform the essential functions of the role. Driving is an essential requirement of this position whether driving a County owned or personal vehicle to conduct county business.
