The Graphic Designer & Video Editor is part of the Communications Department within the Harris County Clerk’s Office (HCCO). We are looking for a candidate who can bring creativity and technical expertise to our team. In this role, you will produce visually compelling designs and video content that enhance HCCO’s communications and branding efforts. Other duties may be required as needed.Duties and Responsibilities:Film and photograph events, programs, and activities for use across print and digital platforms.Plan, shoot, and edit videos, incorporating motion graphics, stop motion animation, and special effects.Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, and marketing materials.Develop creative stop motion animations for campaigns and digital content.Edit and enhance photos/videos, including color correction, cropping, and retouching.Manage and optimize content for social media and digital channels to drive engagement.Support event promotions with compelling visual content and creative campaigns.Collaborate with the team to meet department needs, including flexible scheduling for events.Perform other duties as assigned.Harris County is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
