In this role, you will:Concept and design campaign and brand assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.Develop and maintain brand guides to ensure consistency across marketing materials.Design engaging web advertisements, emails, and social media graphics that drive engagement and conversions.Support front-end web development, working on landing pages, campaign sites, and digital experiences.Manage and organize digital assets efficiently for team access and use.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing and branding strategies.What You'll Bring:BFA in Graphic Design or a related field.3-5 years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or a similar role.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.Strong typography, layout, and branding skills.Understanding of web and social media best practices to create high-performing digital assets.Experience with front-end web development (basic HTML, CSS, and familiarity with CMS platforms is a plus).Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.Ability to handle production tasks, ensuring high-quality output for various digital formats.Illustration skills are a plus but not required.Compensation Range (USD): Starting: $73,700 Ending: $126,900We are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action EmployerThe above is intended to describe the general content of and the requirements for satisfactory performance in this position.
