The marketing coordinator is a dynamic role that will work closely with the marketing director to help develop and implement the overall Maui Resort Resort Rentals marketing strategy. In addition, you will be responsible for assisting with photoshoots, virtual tours, auditing current listings and rates for accuracy, creating and uploading content on the Maui Resort Rentals website, and working on assorted marketing projects under the guidance of the marketing director. -Write engaging and accurate marketing copy describing vacation rental properties -Master every detail of how a new property is added to the Maui Resort Rentals property management software -Work quickly and with a sense of urgency while still capturing all the details -Adapt to sometimes rapidly changing priorities based on shifting needs -Assist with coordinating and staging photoshoots and virtual tours, eventually working independently You enjoy learning new things and if you don’t know how to do something you are comfortable “Googling it” -Must have an easy-going positive attitude and be able to get along well with others -Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM system a plus -Experience working with a CMS such as Wordpress or Drupal a plus -Familiarity with spreadsheets a plus -Any experience with paid search, Google Analytics, e-mail marketing, and content marketing all a plus -Experience with Adobe Lightroom and/or Photoshop a plus -Any professional writing experience a plus We have been named a Pacific Business News Hawaii’s “Fastest 50” growing company for 3 years running and, with over 140 properties under management, we now have offices in Kaanapali, Kaanapali North Beach, and Wailea.
